• Order information provided by the marketplace where you purchased: order number, products, quantities, shipping service, and the name and shipping address needed to deliver your order.
• Messages you send us through the marketplace messaging system, by email or by phone.

We do not receive or store your payment card details. Payments are processed by the marketplace.

How we use it

• To fulfill and ship your order, and to handle returns or refunds.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To manage our inventory, sales and accounting.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing outside the marketplace's own rules.

Who we share it with

• Shipping carriers such as USPS and UPS, only the information needed to deliver your package.
• Service providers that help us run our operations, such as our order and shipping management software, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, when required by law.

How we protect it

Access to order information is limited to authorized staff who need it for their work, and is protected by individual accounts and multi-factor authentication. Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and system credentials are kept in encrypted storage.

How long we keep it

We keep order information only as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle returns and claims, and meet legal and tax requirements. Shipping addresses are not kept longer than the marketplace allows.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it where the law allows, by contacting us below. You can also manage your data directly with the marketplace where you made your purchase.
